    Great Replacement.

    Used this low profile gas block while installing a free floaing
    handguard on my S&W M&P 15 Sport II. I was worried about the detent where the taper pin rests at the bottom of the barrel interfering with the set screws on a standard gas block. No problem with this one. The fit was perfect and it fit really well. I used a touch of blue loctite on the pinch screws. I highly recommend for this application. Can't beat the price either.
